News reaching the Siya crew is that Knowledge Musona has agreed terms to re-join Kaizer Chiefs on loan from Hoffenheim in Germany.
The crew reported in edition 884 that the deal was as good as done, and that the Zimbabwean hit-man would jet in for his third stint at Naturena this week.
As predicted by Soccer Laduma, the player and the club have agreed terms on a one-year loan deal and the talented striker will be in Amakhosi colours in the near future.
It can be confirmed that the player’s parent club Hoffenheim, and Chiefs are putting the finishing touches to the final agreement. It’s expected that the deal will be done and dusted between all parties involved sometime during the course of today.
Musona’s imminent return will no doubt be a massive boost for Stuart Baxter’s team – the club are currently without the services of the influential Siphiwe Tshabalala and Bernard Parker due to injury.
The Norton-born ace had a fine 2013/14 campaign as he banged in 16 goals in all competitions for the Soweto giants. The 24-year-old will join a Chiefs side that has started the new season in a positive fashion with three wins-in-a-row.
Have your say - how much of a boost will Musona's return be to Chiefs?
