Kaizer Chiefs have confirmed that Brilliant Khuzwayo is on a new three-year deal with the club.
Brilliant Khuzwayo Has Signed A New Deal With Kaizer Chiefs
It was recently reported by the Siya crew that the goalkeeper signed a new three-year contract before his departure to the 2015 Africa Cup of Nations in Equatorial Guinea with Bafana Bafana.
The Amakhosi confirmed on the club’s official Twitter account that the shot-stopper from KwaZulu-Natal is on a long-term deal with the club.
"Player Updates: Khuzwayo @Brilliekhuzwayo has signed a new 3 year contract with the Club. All the best in AFCON #K4L,” Chiefs tweeted.
Khuzwayo has been impressive in goals for Chiefs this season, while Itumeleng Khune has been out with an ankle injury.
Khune has since recovered from the injury.
The former Bafana captain was given a run in the team during their high profile friendly game against TSG 1899 Hoffenheim at FNB Stadium recently.
