Khune: It's A Must Win Game

Bafana Bafana play against Cape Verde in the opening game of 2013 Africa Cup of Nations at the National Stadium this evening.

A win for South Africa will not only enhance their chances of qualifying for the next round, but also boost the morale within the Bafana camp. Goalkeeper Itumeleng Khune is aware of the game's importance and said that it's a must win encounter for them.

He told the Siya crew that as a team, they are focused on the victory and nothing else.

"This is a must win for us. We have to win this game. We all know that winning the opening game is very important. We are going into this game full of confidence which we hope will work for us," he said.

"We have to attack them as much as we can and score goals for us to win. We have been working on that and I know we will score tonight," Khune concluded.
