Khethokwakhe Masuku wants a move to Kaizer Chiefs, after parting ways with Orlando Pirates.
The midfielder, who has been disappointed with lack of game-time during his time with Bucs, believes that he can get a chance to resurrect his career at Chiefs.
While Masuku is said to be unwilling to listen to offers from other clubs while eyeing a move to Chiefs, the league champions are believed to have no plans to sign the player so far in this transfer window.
“Masuku has upset his representatives and those that work with him with some of his demands. He’s got his clearance and can join any team he wants, but he wants something that is not possible.
“The team that he wants to join is not one of the clubs that want him at the moment. The player has been told that he must negotiate his own deal with that club if he wants to join them. I have heard that he told his representatives that he wants to go to Chiefs. Chiefs never mentioned that they want him, so it’s a difficult situation,” a source told the Siya crew.
Golden Arrows, Polokwane City, Ajax Cape Town and Chippa United are some of the clubs believed to have shown interest in the 29-year-old skillful player.
