Kaizer Chiefs may be without defender, Kgotso Moleko, for the game against Polokwane City tonight after he picked up an ankle injury.
The right-back had to be replaced by Siboniso Gaxa in the recent 2-0 Nedbank Cup win over SuperSport United having started in place of ‘Pa’ in Stuart Baxter’s original XI.
Now, as Chiefs travel to Polokwane to take on City at the Peter Mokaba Stadium, it remains to be seen whether Moleko will travel or not.
The Amakhosi’s official website stated, “Moleko was injured during Chiefs' hard fought victory against SuperSport United in the quarterfinal of the Nedbank Cup, last Saturday.”
Moleko’s ankle injury is not believed to be a serious one, though it may just keep him out of the tomorrow’s tie as Chiefs look to keep up their PSL title defence and stay on the heels of leaders, Mamelodi Sundowns.
