Kaizer Chiefs midfielder Willard Katsande won the team's Most Improved Player award as well as one of the monthly awards.
After the ceremony at Vodaworld in Midrand, the Zimbabwean international told the Siya crew that it was all due to hard work.
He said that he was thankful to the coach Stuart Baxter for helping him settle at the team when he arrived.
"The coach has helped me a lot to be the player that I am today. He gave me the right advice in every game and training sessions. I put in a lot of hard work and I think these awards are because of that hard work. I have to thank my team mates for their support and encouragement and I will continue to work hard and improve my game," Katsande expressed.
