Chiefs Defender Involved In Car Crash, Fined

Kaizer Chiefs defender, Teenage Hadebe, has been involved in a car crash in Zimbabwe, with the centre back reportedly driving into the back of another car in Bulawayo.
According to reports coming out of Zimbabwe, the 22-year-old caused a three-car accident in his hometown and was charged $20 for negligent driving by the police.
Chronicle reports that the Amakhosi star was ‘very apologetic’, and that nobody was seriously injured, however ‘two of the drivers were in a state of shock’.
Hadebe was withdrawn from Zimbabwe’s squad for the COSAFA Cup following an ankle injury, with Chiefs aiming for him to rest up in order to be fully fit and raring to go when the 2018/19 campaign gets underway.
While there was damage done to his white BMW – which is registered in South Africa – it is thought that the fine issued by the police will be the end of the matter.
