Chiefs Terminate Keeper Contract
Kaizer Chiefs Have Terminated The Contract Of Luthando Sixhaso
Kaizer Chiefs have confirmed that they have come to a mutual agreement with goalkeeper, Luthando Sixhaso, and terminated his Amakhosi contract.
The 24-year-old shot-stopper joined Cape Town All Stars on loan at the start of the 2017/18 season after falling down the pecking order at Naturena and has been unable to secure a regular spot in the National First Division behind Ludwe Mpakumpaku.
Now it has been revealed that Sixhaso will not be returning to the Glamour Boys, with the club stating on their official Twitter account, “The club has reached mutual agreement on the termination of Luthando Sixhaso's contract. He is now free to join a team of his choice. We thank him for his service and wish him well in his future endeavours.”
Sixhaso follows Michelle Katsvairo out of the door at Naturena after the Zimbabwean was also released, while William Twala has joined Maritzburg United on loan for the rest of the season.
The keeper never made his debut for Chiefs.
