Amakhosi Move Venue For Home Clash

Kaizer Chiefs have opted to move their home game against Polokwane City away from FNB Stadium, with the clash being played out at an alternate venue.
The Glamour Boys face Cape Town City this weekend in the Mother City as they continue their chase for a first Absa Premiership win of the season, with Giovanni Solinas’ first campaign at the club not getting off to the best of starts.
Now, having had the full international break to work with his players on turning around their fortunes, Solinas will be hoping for a change in fortunes as spring begins, with matches against City, Free State Stars, AmaZulu and Highlands Park all on the horizon this month.
The first game of October, on the sixth, will see Chiefs host Polokwane at Moses Mabhida Stadium, a switch confirmed this month by the club.
They said on their official website, “Kaizer Chiefs will host Polokwane City at Durban’s Moses Mabhida Stadium in an Absa Premiership fixture scheduled for Saturday, 6 October. Kick-off is at 18:00. The fixture was originally scheduled for FNB Stadium.”
Chiefs take on CT City on Saturday at 15h00.
