Tembo: Players Not Fit Enough
SuperSport United's caretaker boss, Kaitano Tembo, admits Kaizer Chiefs were the better side and that his players were not fit enough.
SuperSport suffered their third successive defeat thanks to two second half goals from Mandla Masango and Kingston Nkhatha and stand-in boss believes the players are not in the right condition.
"Kaizer Chiefs were a better team, especially in the second half," said Tembo after the game.
"They are fitter than us, I think we are only conditioned to play 45 minutes, because you could see in the second half we didn't have the legs, I think a lot of work needs to be done in terms of our fitness levels.
"We tried to come up with a structure defensively, you could see we couldn't continue doing that because there were no legs, players were tired, they are not in the right condition."
