Khanye Still Upbeat On PSL Return

Former Kaizer Chiefs dribbling-wizard, Junior Khanye, is still hopeful of landing a deal with a PSL side ahead of next season.

Khanye last played in the elite ranks while on the books of Maritzburg United in 2009, and has been at different clubs since then, even going as far as Swaziland to revive his football career. He was at Malanti Chiefs in that country, but has not had the luck he was hoping for since his return to South Africa.

Despite all the ups and downs he has experienced in his career, the 28-year-old believes that he still has what it takes and will try hard to get a contract with a PSL team next season.

“I’ve got someone who is helping me to get back to football now. I have a belief that I will return to the PSL. I’ve been talking to a couple of people and things look very promising,” he told the Siya crew.
