Former Golden Arrows defender Joseph Musonda has signed a one year deal with Polokwane City.
Soccer Laduma reported earlier this week that the 37-year-old was training with the club, and close to signing.
The player has now confirmed with Soccer Laduma that negotiations ended swiftly earlier, and he had put pen to paper today.
“I’m delighted with the move,” Musonda told the Siya crew.
“I know I won’t walk automatically into the starting line-up, but I am ready to work hard and fight for a place.”
The Zambian International has dual South African citizenship meaning he won’t need a work permit and can be registered immediately.
Musonda spent seven years with Arrows before they were relegated last season, and made over a hundred appearances for the club.
