Jomo Cosmos are looking to register Mamelodi Sundowns winger, Luyolo Nomandela, in the near future after his switch was not able to be confirmed on transfer deadline day.
The 25-year-old has been training with Cosmos for almost three weeks now after he agreed to a one-year loan deal with Ezenkosi on the final day of the transfer window. However, it is understood that the appropriate documents were not in order by the deadline and the switch was not concluded.
The latest news reaching the Siya desk is that Cosmos boss, Jomo Sono, has lodged a complaint with the PSL in the hope that he will be able to have the player registered before the January transfer window.
“We have signed Nomandela. All The papers were submitted. The only problem with Nomandela was that we didn’t have the contract between Cosmos and Sundowns, so they are contesting it at the PSL.”
“Hopefully we will get him. He has been training with us for three weeks and he is looking good. We really want to have him,” Sono told the Siya crew.
