NFD side, Jomo Cosmos, have announced that they have a new partnership with restaurant, Barcelos, and will be relocating to Parys in the Free State.
It was confirmed on the Ezenkosi’s official Twitter account that the club will be moving to Parys, with the Fezile Dabi Stadium as their new home venue.
Jomo Sono’s side finished sixth in the NFD last season, missing out on a play-off spot by four points, and will be hoping for a better campaign next time around as they look to get back into the PSL.
Sono thanked the Ekurhuleni Municipality and Tembisa fans for their “undying support”, confirming both the partnership with Barcelos and the pending move.
Talks to relocate Cosmos to Parys have reportedly been ongoing for a while now, with Sono informing the municipality of his intentions to utilise Fezile Dabi Stadium from when it was opened last year.
