Jarred Meyer's signing for Jomo Cosmos has been confirmed, with the Siya crew having broken the news at the of September.
The defender (23) is one of the Nedbank Ke Yona Team players that were sent to various PSL clubs on one-month long trials.
Having trained under the legendary Jomo Sono at Cosmos and impressed, the Bloemfontein-born player signed a one-year contract with Ezenkosi.
“It is an honour for me to join a club that has a rich history of producing quality in the country. I believe Cosmos is the ideal place for me as a young player keen to make a mark in the PSL. I am also looking forward to working closer with my coach and legendary footballer Jomo Sono who has already added a lot of value to my game,” Meyer said in a statement.
Nedbank’s Senior Manager for Brand Communication, Nkosinathi Msiza, congratulated Meyer for his achievement.
