Former Orlando Pirates midfielder, Andile Jali, says he is looking forward to winning silverware with his new Belgian team, KV Oostende.
As reported by the Siya crew, Jali was officially confirmed as Oostende player this past weekend after he underwent a medical last Friday.
“I want to win something with the team, like I did in South Africa with my old team," Jali told the official Oostende website.
Jali watched as Oostende beat Waasland-Beveren 2-1 on Saturday, and said afterwards that he was happy to see his new team winning.
“I was happy to see them playing. I was happy to see them winning. The win was a very important win for the team. They played well, but the wind and the rain disrupted the game a little, but they still managed to win,” commented Jali.
Oostende are currently placed 12 in the 16-team Belgian Pro League, after collecting 25 points in 23 matches played so far this season.
