As reported by the Siya crew earlier today, Jali went for a second opinion on his shoulder injury after initial results showed that he would be out for six months.
According to a statement on Orlandopiratesfc.com, Jali’s results indicate that he has not damaged any ligaments.
“The results from the scans further reveal that due to the swelling on the shoulder. The first readings would always guide to the initial conclusion. There is no damage on the muscle, nor structural damage of any sort. The injury was on a soft tissue, which is a normal injury,” read the statement.
“Orlandopiratesfc.com can therefore confirm that Jali will from now have to work on strengthening his shoulder and fight for a place in the team ahead of MTN8 Final against Platinum Stars in Durban on Saturday evening,” the statement continued.
