Thabo Senong will have been happy with this side's first half performance after they rallied back to 1-1 after conceding an early goal in the fourth minute, however two VAR decisions went against them in the second stanza as a penalty was given to the Argentines - which was slotted away by the highly-rated Barco - and then Phillips' yellow card was converted to a straight red after a reckless kick on his own byline.
Following the penalty and red card, there was another blow for Senong as Khulekani Kubheka had to be stretchered off with an injury, however - as previously reported - indications are that he will be ok for the next game against South Korea.

Argentina ended the game with 25 shots to Amajita's 12 and with 65% possession, though there will be an air of what could've been for Senong and his technical team had they taken their first half chances and not had the penalty and red card decisions change the game in the second.
