In This Week's Edition Of Soccer Laduma

In anticipation of this week's edition of Soccer Laduma, we preview some of the features included in issue number 968. The latest edition will be out on the shelves tomorrow, Wednesday, April 13.

Siyabonga Sangweni interview – 34-year-old Siyabonga Sangweni’s career has been plagued with injuries since he joined Orlando Pirates from Golden Arrows, so it came as little shock when it was announced a week ago that the Buccaneers veteran defender would be hanging up his boots as per the doctor's orders.

In this emotional interview, 'Ntsimbi' opens up to Soccer Laduma's Vuyani Joni about the sad news and his future plans.

Hlompho Kekana – Hlompho Kekana's goal against Cameroon had the whole world talking, with some going as far as saying that it could be a contender for the Puskas Award for the Best Goal of the Year.

However, 'Gonzales' is no stranger to scoring crackers. We take a stroll down memory lane and relive some his best ever goals, as well as look at some of the greatest goals ever scored in Mzansi.

Thabiso ‘Skapie’ Malatsi –From lining up in Kaizer Chiefs' colours in front of a packed stadium, to finding himself squeezed into a noisy, overloaded minibus taxi with a driver strictly enforcing the four-four per seat arrangement goes some way to summarizing ‘Skapie’ Malatsi’s fall from grace.

Be sure to get the paper tomorrow as Masebe Qina brings you an insightful and frank interview with the former Amakhosi star.

Also in issue 968…

Travis Graham – We interview one of the youngest captains in the PSL, who talks about his future, as well as what it means to captain a PSL side at just 22 years of age.

Kudakwashe Mahachi – In this interview with Lunga Adam, Mahachi discusses his contract situation and his controversial move to Golden Arrows, where he has enjoyed much improved form this season.

Mark Bright – Mark Bright’s first visit to South Africa was with Crystal Palace after the abolition of Apartheid 20 years ago. In this interview, he speaks about playing in the English Premier League and how he sees the title race playing out this season.

In Siyagobhoza this week…

·  French interest hots up for a Sundowns midfielder

·  Find out which Chiefs player has been approached by Sundowns

·  We reveal which Chippa United player Orlando Pirates have their eyes on
