TS Galaxy striker Mthobisi Mngomezulu has revealed how new head coach Sead Ramovic has revived the squad.
The German took over from Owen Da Gama in October after a string of poor results that left the side bottom of the DStv Premiership standings after five matches.
Ramovic has managed to claim two wins and a draw during his tenure so far, and Mngomezulu says the coach came and helped them to regain trust in themselves.
"He didn't change much, he just believed in us and allowed us to be free. He is a coach that wants us to play the ball and trust yourself individually," Mngomezulu told the Siya crew.
"He came when we were not doing well. We lacked confidence and were trying to find each other but when he joined we managed to change things and get results."
Mngomezulu has already scored three goals in seven games and under Ramovic he sees himself become one of the best strikers in the PSL and help Galaxy finish in the top eight.
"I want to be one of the best strikers in the league. I need to score goals and under the (new) coach I can do that. I also want to help the club finish in the top eight."
