A former Mamelodi Sundowns midfielder has returned to boost Highlands Park in their preparations for the match against Mamelodi Sundowns.
The Lions of the North, who are yet to lose a match this season, will be up against Sundowns at Loftus Versfeld Stadium on Wednesday evening.

Having missed the previous match against Black Leopards, former Sundowns midfielder Lindokuhle Mbatha, as well as Thabo Motlafi are available for selection to coach Owen da Gama’s team for the match against the Brazilians, as confirmed by the PSL returnees’ media officer, Sibonelo Ngidi.
“The preparations are going well. We have players returning to the team like Mbatha who was not around (against Leopards). Thabo Motlafi who was also not around is returning,” said Ngidi.

The Lions of the North have drawn both their matches so far this season, against Orlando Pirates (1-1) and Leopards (2-2), and are 14th on the PSL log.
