Mamelodi Sundowns attacker Richard Henyekane has extended his stay at Chloorkop for another two years, the club has confirmed to the Siya Crew.
Henyekane has not been a regular starter so far this season, having played just five league matches, of which three of those appearances came from the bench.
The winger, who hails from Kimberley, joined the Brazilians from Golden Arrows back in 2010, and was involved in Sundowns' remarkable 24-0 thrashing of Powerlines FC in the 2012 Nedbank Cup - where he scored five goals.
Henyekane has not enjoyed too much success during his time with the club though, and with Sundowns having brought in the likes of Edward Manqele and Eleazar Rodgers in attack, opportunities have been slim.
This led to speculation that Henyekane could be on his way out, but the club has kept faith in the 29-year-old by offering him a new deal.
