Ashley Hartog is expected to make his return to full training with Maritzburg United in the first week of November. The attacking midfielder injured his hamstring during the club's recent match against Moroka Swallows, and was ruled out of action.
The player has made just a handful of appearances for the Team of Choice after joining the club in the pre-season. It's thought he was rushed back into action from a previous injury as the club, at the time, were going through something of an injury crisis.
United recently revealed that the injury situation at the club was improving after four first team players recently returned to full training.
Nonetheless, it has been confirmed that Hartog will return to the fold in the first week of November. United's Commercial Director, Younus Kadodia, made this confirmation to the Siya crew.
He said, "Ashley will hopefully be back in the first week of November and then we'll take it from there."
