Lebese Signs New Three-Year Chiefs Deal
Kaizer Chiefs midfielder, George Lebese has penned a new-three year deal at the club.
Amidst all the confusions regarding the club's new signings and departures, it's now rest assured that ‘Milkshake’ will remain at the team for a longer period.
Lebese’s current contract is due to end on June 30, however the Amakhosi have now extending his stay at Naturena for a further three years.
Chiefs’ football manager, Bobby Motaung confirmed the news to the Siya crew that the Mamelodi-born skilful player has made Naturena his home for a long time.
“As I told you about other players returning home, others are committed to staying at home for a long time and such one player is George Lebese. He has signed a three-year extension to his contract. That means he will be here for a long time and it means this is his home,” Motaung said with confidence.
Lebese had been linked with an exit from the club following related off-field issues, however the player ‘shrugged’ all that off with impressive displays in their championship-winning campaign.
