Gaxa: We Can Do It

Bafana Bafana right back Anele Ngcongca has been suspended for the team's quarter-final Africa Cup of Nations clash against Mali on Saturday at the Moses Mabhida Stadium, with Siboniso Gaxa expected to step in for the Belgium-based defender.

The Kaizer Chiefs man is ready for the game and for the opportunity to contribute to the national team’s Afcon campaign. He says that all the players in the Bafana squad think alike, and that they all want to win.

“It is good to be part of the team and play. But even if you are not playing, you think the same way as the players on the field of play. Playing against Mali, I think it is a great opportunity for us as a team to play against top players and show what we are capable of doing.

“We have to go out there and play the game that we know and win. We shouldn't think too much about them but about us, and that way, we can do it,” Gaxa concluded.
