The Siya crew can confirm that Orlando Pirates have signed Golden Arrows striker Thamsanqa Gabuza.
The Siya crew revealed last week that a deal between Gabuza and the Buccaneers was imminent, after the striker was spotted at the OR Tambo International Airport in Johannesburg on Thursday morning, en route to Bucs’ headquarters in Parktown.

Soccer-Laduma can now confirm that Gabuza has put pen to paper with Pirates and will be turning out for Roger de Sa’s team this season.
Gabuza has long been linked with Pirates, after he made it clear to Arrows that he was wanting a new challenge. In addition, Pirates’ head coach, De Sa, last week confirmed to the Siya crew that Gabuza was on the club’s wanted list.

With Pirates’ involvement in both domestic and CAF Champions League football, Gabuza’s addition will be welcomed by the side ahead of their busy schedule.
