Newly signed Free State Stars’ Belgian-born striker has compared the standard of football in the PSL and that of his country.

Maxime Cosse was signed by Ea Lla Koto during the January transfer window. The 25-year-old forward made his PSL debut as a second half substitute for Stars in their Absa Premiership match against Baroka FC last weekend.
“It’s a very nice feeling to be playing in the PSL. I am working very hard at training to get a starting 11 berth. I was very satisfied with my 20 minutes I played for my first match, and it was cherry on top that I ended up on the winning team. There is still a room for improvement in my game.

“If I take a look at the two leagues, the Belgian and the PSL, I must admit that the PSL is much faster and has quality players compared to the Belgian league. I still need to adapt to the weather conditions but I should be OK in the coming weeks,” the player told Stars’ official website.
