Amajimbos took the lead just before the halftime break, courtesy of solo break-away goal from Wits startlet Jordan.
Notha Ngcobo was presented with an opportunity to double the lead after the halftime break but his shot cleared the crossbar with the goalkeeper off his line.
Bloem Celtic eventually leveled matters in the in the 74th minute, defender Keanu Cupido was adjudged to have handled the ball in the box and Itumeleng Letebele stepped up to convert the penalty.
