Three former Orlando Pirates stars are among players who have surfaced at Pretoria Callies for training.

Following their promotion to the GladAfrica Championship, Callies are keen on making further progress to proceed to the top-flight and as part of the plan, the club wants to reinforce Sammy Troughton’s squad with experienced players.
The Siya crew has learnt that the former Pirates trio of Felipe Ovono, Tshepho Gumede, Khethokwakhe Masuku are among the players that have surfaced at the second-tier outfit for training.
“There are some players who have previously played in the PSL that are currently on trial at Pretoria Callies. Felipe Ovono, Tshepho Gumede, Khethokwakhe Masuku are some of those players,” confirmed the source.
The other players spotted at the Tshwane outfit include former SuperSport United striker Atusaye Nyondo and ex-Black Leopards captain Jean Munganga.
