Former Orlando Pirates Goalkeeper Confirms Motor Vehicle Accident
A former Orlando Pirates goalkeeper has confirmed a motor vehicle accident that took place today.
Fatau Dauda, who was with Pirates between 2013 and 2014, has confirmed that a Nigerian team was involved in a motor vehicle accident earlier today.
Dauda plies his trade at Enyimba International in the Nigerian Premier League these days. The Ghanaian shot-stopper confirmed on his official Twitter account that Kwara United FC, also from Nigeria, was involved in a motor vehicle accident today.
As confirmed by the 32-year-old, the accident occurred on the Lagos–Ibadan Expressway as the team was travelling back to Kwara from a match.
Dauda is currently plying his trade with Enyimba International in the Nigerian Premier League. Following his time with Pirates, the goalkeeper had a stint with Chippa United in 2014 before leaving Mzansi in September that year.
