Former Kaizer Chiefs midfielder Sula Matovu has had a fruitless search for a new club since parting ways with the Naturena outfit at the end of last season.
The Ugandan international, who had been with Chiefs for one season, was deemed surplus to requirements at the end of the 2015/16 campaign.
The player had his contract with Chiefs terminated in June, despite having only joined the club last year, and, like his countryman Ivan Bukenya, Matovu is yet to succeed in his search for a new team.
Having failed to make an impact in the PSL during his time with Chiefs, Matovu is unlikely to join another club in the league.
Like countryman Yasser Mugerwa, who went on to join Saint George FC in Ethiopia after his unsuccessful one-season stint with Chiefs' rivals Orlando Pirates, Matovu is expected to look outside of South Africa's borders in his search for a new club.
