Former Chippa United goalkeeper, Zama ‘Dida’ Dlamini, is among the players who are currently in camp in Tshwane and training, despite the fact that the 2019/20 season has come to an end.
As reported by the Siya crew, the South African Football Players Union (SAFPU) has organised a camp for out-of-contract players.
The camp aims to assist these players in their preparation as they search for deals ahead of the new season.
Dlamini finished the season with Royal Eagles, having joined the team last year, however with the club relegated to the third tier, the 28-year-old shot-stopper is in search of a new team.
The Secunda-born player has previously also been on the books of Mamelodi Sundowns in his career, though he didn’t get a chance to play at the club.
Highlands Park and Baroka FC are some of the other clubs where he has featured in his career.
