CHIPPA UNITED V BLACK ACES
League position: Chippa 2nd and Aces 1st (in the PSL Playoffs)
Useful facts: To have any chance of winning promotion back to the Premier Soccer League, Chippa absolutely have to beat Black Aces. Mark Harrison’s men are still alive in the race to get back to the PSL, but they also need a few other results to go their way. A win for Aces and they will return to the topflight for the first time since the 2010/11 season. This could be a real humdinger in Cape Town!
Nathan Paulse: I’ll say a draw because it’ll be a tough one. I think the conditions might just suit Aces, who’ll get the point.
SPAIN U20 V FRANCE U20
Group A ranking: Spain U20 1st and France U20 2nd
Useful facts: Spain’s dominance at every level in world football looks set to continue for a very long time. The U20 side smashed United States of America 4-1 in their opening Group A U20 World Cup match. In that game, the Spanish tiki-taka was very much on display for everyone to see. France also had a good start to the competition after beating Ghana in their opening fixture. You can expect plenty of action and drama in this clash!
Nathan Paulse: Spain win. It looks like every single Spanish team are a force to be reckoned with.
I can’t see this result going any other way.
