Manchester United are under pressure to secure a win against Sunderland tonight at Old Trafford after their rivals, Manchester City, comfortably booked their final berth in this year's Capital One Cup with a win over West Ham United. David Moyes' side succumbed to a 3-1 defeat at the hands of Chelsea at the weekend. The Red Devils' win tonight and possibly claiming the Capital One Cup, could relieve some pressure off under-fire manager, David Moyes.

AmaZulu will welcome Orlando Pirates at the Moses Mabhida Stadium tomorrow night. Usuthu are looking to complete a double over Roger De Sa's side after claiming a 1-0 victory in their opening Absa Premiership campaign in 2013 courtesy of a solitary strike from former Pirates striker, Bongani Ndulula. The Buccaneers are under pressure to come away with a win as they coming off a 2-1 defeat to SuperSport United at the weekend.

The highly anticipated top-of-the-table clash will see Msandawana go head-to-head with cross-town rivals, Kaizer Chiefs. The Amakhosi took four points off Pitso Mosimane's side last season and will look to repeat their dominance over 'Downs. The Chloorkop-based side is heavily under pressure after spending massivley in acquiring new players for the squad.

Useful facts: United have lost four of their last five matches played and David Moyes appears to be singlehandedly destroying the Red Devils’ air of invincibility like a one-man human wrecking ball. Resurgent Sunderland will feel they have every chance of getting a result in this League Cup second leg semi-final at Old Trafford.

AMAZULU V ORLANDO PIRATES

League position: AmaZulu 7th and Pirates 11th

Useful facts: AmaZulu are a solid team under the astute guidance of Craig Rosslee and boast a decent record at home as well. However, Pirates will be keen to bounce back after losing their last match to SuperSport United. This could be an exciting clash in Durban.

Peter du Toit: Pirates to win. They’ve got too many good players.  

MAMELODI SUNDOWNS V KAIZER CHIEFS

League position: Downs 2nd and Chiefs 1st

Useful facts: Sundowns will feel the pressure to get a result in this league clash as they currently trail Chiefs by five points at the top of the standings. Meanwhile, Chiefs will be eyeing a win as it could give them a healthy eight point cushion going into the next round of fixtures in the new year. This could be a cracker and the game of the day in the PSL.

Peter du Toit: Draw. Both teams will be cautious.
