The agent of former Kaizer Chiefs midfielder Siphelele Ntshangase has opened up on the challenges faced by the player in his effort to find a new home after leaving Naturena.
Ntshangase parted ways with Amakhosi before the end of last season and has recently been on trial with Marumo Gallants, hoping to secure a deal with the club ahead of the new campaign.
The attacking midfielder was assessed by rookies Sekhukhune United, but he was unable to get a contract with the club.
His representative, Jazzman Mahlakgane, has explained that the challenge for Stash was getting back to full fitness, as he has not played competitive football in a while.
"He has not played in a while, so there's a trial or assessment for fitness and whatnot. We have not finished things with him. They are looking at his level of fitness and so forth," Mahlakgane told the Siya crew.
"The thing is he has not played in a while, but finding a club is not a problem in terms of his ability. The only thing is the fitness. He was doing a lot of work by himself, which is not enough."
