Ahead of Orlando Pirates’ Caf Champions League semi-final clash against Esperance, it appears the majority of the Tunisian giant's fans were hoping for a meeting against Al Ahly.
Bucs finished second in Group A of the previous round, setting up a meeting with Group B leaders Esperance, who have won the competition on two occasions and are regarded as one of the powerhouses in African football.
So confident are their supporters of the team’s ability, that most of them would have preferred Esperance to face Al Ahly, another of the feared teams on the continent.

Esperance have promised an attacking game. However, the Buccaneers hope to win the home tie with a good cushion before the return fixture on 19 October in Tunisia.
