Orlando Pirates coach Eric Tinkler has spoken of the desire to see his club campaign in African club competition come next year after they narrowly lost out on Confederation Cup glory.

The Buccaneers fell at the last hurdle when they lost out in the CAF Confederation Cup finals against Etoile du Sahel in November 2015, however Tinkler said that simultaneously he won't be putting pressure on his charges to achieve that goal.
"There are two ways of us going back to play in Africa. The first one is by us winning the Nedbank Cup and the second one is if we can finish third in the league. Both are possible but we are not putting the players under pressure to achieve that.
"It's true we want to do well and go back to Africa but we can't put ourselves under pressure," Tinkler concluded.
Pirates currently lie in seventh spot with seven games to go and could achieve their top four finish target.
