Cape Town City coach Eric Tinkler has dropped a little hint as to whether or not they will face Kaizer Chiefs on Saturday.
The Premier Soccer League confirmed the dates for Chiefs' clashes with Golden Arrows and City last week after SAFA arbitrator Nazeer Cassim ruled in favour ruled in their favour last month.
The rescheduled DStv Premiership is set to take place on Saturday at FNB Stadium, with Chiefs having already faced Arrows in their other rescheduled tie on Wednesday afternoon.
When asked if City will face Chiefs on Saturday, Tinkler told SuperSport, "Well, we are here until Saturday so we’ll see."
On the actual the draw with Mamelodi Sundowns on Wednesday night, Tinkler admitted he was slightly disappointed to only walk away with one point.
“No, I wanted to spoil the party (laughs) to be honest you know. I’m a coach that wants to win football matches and I wanted to keep winning," he added.
“We have had a good season so far since the turn of the year. We have found ourselves unbeaten. But you know unbeaten is one thing. Collecting three points is another.
“We have liked to put pressure obviously on Royal AM and closed that gap between ourselves and them. So slight disappointment, but I cannot fault the hard work that the team put in today."
