High-flying Royal AM take on an AmaZulu side who are ever-improving under interim boss Brandon Truter.
DStv Premiership
Teams: Royal AM v AmaZulu
Date: 24 April 2022
Venue: Chatsworth Stadium
Time: 15h00
Royal AM have not lost since December, but they were held to a 1-1 draw by Cape Town City last time out.
Victory for the home side will boost their CAF Champions League hopes especially after Kaizer Chiefs suffered defeat to Stellenbosch on Saturday evening,
Usuthu are coming off the back of two wins in a row in the league; a 1-0 victory over Baroka FC followed by a 1-0 triumph over Maritzburg United.
Truter's men are a point behind sixth-placed Stellenbosch FC and four points behind fourth-placed Kaizer Chiefs as the KwaZulu-Natal side still eye a top-four finish.
AmaZulu will need to keep a close eye on Royal's lethal strike partnership of Victor Letsoalo (14) and Mxolisi Machuphu (8), who have scored 22 goals between them in the league this season.
