SuperSport coach Kaitano Tembo made two changes to his side with Jamie Webber and Iqraam Rayners coming in. Chippa boss Lehlohonolo Seema made four alterations to his side with Gregory Damons, Thamsanqa Sangweni, Thabiso Lebitso and Augustine Kwem being introduced.

In the sixth minute, Ronwen Williams played a superb ball from the back to Rayners down the left wing. It was cut back to Webber who hit a fizzing low drive towards the far post but Ismail Watenga diverted it behind for a corner.

Soon after, Gabuza had a chance in front of goal on the volley but blazed it over the top. Kwem then had a chance on the half volley for Chippa but pulled it wide.

In the 28th minute, Kudakwashe Mahachi crossed to Ghampani Lungu at the back post who headed it back to Bradley Grobler. He struck it on the volley but Chippa got the block in and the ball was cleared.

Soon after the interval, Webber put in a quality ball from a set piece. It was headed down and fell to Thamsanqa Gabuza, who hit it on the turn but it sailed wide.

Five minutes after the break Kwem fizzed one towards the bottom right-hand corner from range and Williams made the dive to pull off a brilliant save.

With 25 minutes left on the clock, Sizwe Mdlinzo attempted to chip Williams from range and the Matsatsantsa shot-stopper was forced to tip it over his bar.

The Chilli Boys won a free-kick in the 68th minute when Bongani Khumalo was yellow carded for committing a foul on the edge of the box. Andile Mbenyane stepped up and blasted a swerving effort which deceived Williams and nestled in the back of the net.

SuperSport, however, would equalise with virtually the last kick of the game when Onismor Bhasera headed home Jamie Webber's corner to claim a share of the spoils.
