Following Mamelodi Sundowns’ reshuffle on the club’s first team bench, the club has made changes to its development system.
It was recently revealed by the Siya crew that former Ajax Cape Town youth mentor, Noel Cousins, had joined up with the Brazilians to head up their SAFA second division side, and it has now been revealed that Jan Lechaba will assist him in the job.
Meanwhile another coach, in Allen Clark, who up until recently had been scouting the club’s next opposition to help Mosimane plan, has been tasked to coach the club’s reserve side, a job in which he will be assisted by Rhulani Mokoena.
It is thought that Downs are looking to restructure the whole club in order to create a youth system that can provide the first team with quality players.
