Word coming out of Israel is that Dino Ndlovu’s move from Maccabi Haifa to SuperSport United is close to being finalised.
According to reports coming out of the country, a transfer fee of around $250,000 (R2.6m) has been agreed between the two teams after negotiations seemingly progressed quicker than originally expected.
The Siya crew reported this week that the transfer fee was the only thing holding up the deal, with Matsatsantsa unwilling to pay the amount that was agreed upon in their original option to buy.
SuperSport now seem to have persuaded Haifa to lower their asking price for the 24-year-old, and are believed to be close to completing the deal for his permanent signature.
Ndlovu only scored two goals for Cavin Johnson’s side during his loan spell for the second half of last season, however the club will be hoping for more from him once he becomes their own player.
