Platinum Stars host University of Pretoria tonight as both side’s look to get their first league win over one another.
The two sides have faced each other just twice in league competition, both last season, and those encounters ended with the spoils being shared by the teams.
The first game between the two finished goalless, while the second had more goals, ending 2-2 at the Royal Bafokeng Stadium.
Both of Tuks' goalscorers in their last encounter, Bongani Zungu and Thokozani Sekotlong, have since left the club for Mamelodi Sundowns and Maritzburg United, and Steve Barker will be hoping that his current group can also find the back of the net.
Meanwhile, Dikwena are unbeaten in the league so far this season, drawing three and losing one, and currently occupy seventh place on the log.
Barker’s side claimed their first win of the season last weekend, against Bloemfontein Celtic, and are placed 10th in the PSL at present.
