Orlando Pirates coach, Roger de Sa, has wished his outgoing striker, Thulasizwe Mbuyane, well at his new club, Mpumalanga Black Aces.
As reported by the Siya crew, Mbuyane has signed a two-and-a-half year contract with AmaZayoni.
“Juju has always done well for us whenever given a chance. I would like to say good luck to him and I’m sure he’ll have a successful career at Aces because he is a quality player, there’s no doubt about it,” De Sa told the crew.
“‘The only problem with him was injuries and I’m sure if it was not for them, he would have done more for the club during his stay here. It was more of a stop start for him here at Pirates, because one week he was available for selection then the next one he was out injured.
”I just hope that he stays clear of injuries at Aces and yeah, like I said, I wish him the best of luck. Maybe a change in environment would be good for him in as far as injuries are concerned,” added De Sa.
Pirates will take on AmaZulu in an Absa Premiership match at Moses Mabhida Stadium tonight.
