Rosslee To Replace Haupt?

National First Division strugglers, Highlands Park, are searching for a new coach after Steve Haupt decided to step aside following three losses in a row.
On Wednesday, prior to their 3-1 loss to Vasco da Gama at Parow Park, the ex-Ajax man was spotted in deep conversation with club director, Larry Brookstone, who has been saddened by the decision.
“I’m sad but I suppose it was inevitable,” he told Soccer Laduma.
“Steve decided that it wasn’t for him as he couldn’t influence the players anymore. He’s still my partner, a great guy and I’ll only consider things on Monday because there’s too much emotion around at the moment.”
While Les Grobler and Thierry Mulonso are preparing the team for their crucial home clash with Maluti FET College, former AmaZulu coach, Craig Rosslee is in the mix to take over.
“I like the rougher and tougher coaches but am not discounting him,” concluded Brookstone.
