Amajita began the COSAFA U20 Championship in fine style after thrashing Mauritius 5-0 in their Group B opener on Monday afternoon.
Thabo Senong's charges will only play two matches in the group stage after Namibia pulled out, meaning only the group winner will advance to the semi-finals.
The South Africans broke the deadlock after just two minutes when Promise Mkhuma's cross deflected in off Maurtian defendera Jean Francis.
Ten minutes later, Amajita got their second goal through Lyle Foster, who turned home a cross from Thabiso Monyane to open his account for the tournament.
Nkosingiphile Ngcobo then added to the advantage for the South Africans with powerful finish midway through the second half.
Thabo Senong's charges continued to threaten and they were rewarded with a fourth goal in the 25th minute, with Foster turning home another cross from Mkhuma.
There was enough time for Amajita to add a fifth goal before the halftime break as Monyane registered a goal to go with his earlier assist.
Senong rang the changes in the opening stages of the second half as Tahsreeq Matthews and Duncan Adonis replaced Monyane and Luke Le Roux.
Depsite leading by five goals, Amajita went in search of more goals, but the Marutians defended deep in the hope of not leaking any more goals.
Foster looked to complete his hat-trick with 10 minutes remaining but his overhead kick from close range sailed over the crossbar.
