Kaizer Chiefs will resume contract talks with Josta Dladla and Siyabonga Nkosi in the near future, according to football manager, Bobby Motaung.
The experienced duo will see their current contracts at the club expire at the end of June, with the pair consequently allowed to open talks with any other interested parties as of the first of this month.
However, Motaung seems confident that Dladla, 34, and Nkosi, 32, will remain at Naturena, stating that preliminary negotiations have gone well.
He told the club’s website, "Negotiations have gone well with all but one (Majoro) of the players that have their contracts running out at the end of the season.
“Katsande and Mathoho have their contracts extended to 2017 and Masilela is waiting to sign on the dotted line, while Dladla and Nkosi negotiations will resume soon.”
The Glamour Boys face Mamelodi Sundowns on January 23, as they look to go eight points clear of their rivals from Tshwane.
