Kaizer Chiefs head coach Giovanni Solinas reflected on Andriamirado “Dax” Andrianarimanana's first start for the club in the win over Black Leopards.
The Madagascar international did not feature in the Telkom Knockout win over the weekend, but was handed a start against Leopards on Tuesday.
'Dax' as he is affectionately know kept things simple in the middle of the park as he completed 80 minutes for the Soweto giants.
“He played well but it’s been a long time no play [for him]," Solinas told SuperSport after the game.
"Also “Dax” is coming from injury. The fitness is not top. He can play the 90 minutes. The performance is positive."
The 27-year-old has now made three appearances for the club, although his other were late cameos against Free State Stars and AmaZulu.
