Kaizer Chiefs have included a host of youngsters in their 25-man squad for the 2014 CAF Champions League.
Stuart Baxter’s side will take on Black Africa in the first preliminary round of the competition next month as they look to impress in the tournament for the first time.
Chiefs had been hoping to have Katlego Mphela at the club in time for the registration, however talks with Mamelodi Sundowns have not been successful as of yet.
The Amakhosi have registered 25 players for this registration period , and will be able to register five more in the next registration period in August.

Neither Josta Dladla, who could possibly be suspended due testing positive to banned substances, or Keegan Ritchie, who is set to join Slavia Prague, have been registered for the tournament.
