Amajita advanced to the final round of CAF Under-20 Africa Cup of Nations qualifiers after defeating Mozambique 3-0 in the second leg on Sunday afternoon.
The two sides met in Mozambique a week ago, where they played out a 1-1 draw in the opening leg.
The South Africans broke the deadlock after just nine minutes thanks to a strike from Kaizer Chiefs' Wiseman Meyiwa.
It got better for Thabo Senong's charges after 32 minutes when Orlando Pirates starlet Lyle Foster doubled the lead to make it 3-1 on aggregate for Amajita.
After an impressive showing in the first half, the hosts went into the break leading by two goals.
It took a while for South Africa to grab their third goal on the day, but it arrived after 66 minutes, with Foster completing his brace.
Senong threw on Cape Town City youngster Duncan Adonis, who spent the season on loan at Ubuntu Cape Town, for Kobamelo Kodisang for the final 20 minutes.
Mozambique were awarded a penalty in the closing stages of the second half but Khulekani Kubheka went the right way to save the spot-kick.
In the end, 3-0 was how the score remained as Amajita took one step closer to qualifying for Afcon.
